Whenever someone buys or sells their $Genie, the contract collects 14% fees from every transaction. 9% of the transaction fees go to existing holders in the form of BUSD. The contract doesn't give rewards in $Genie itself because like other cryptocurrencies in the market $Genie's value might fluctuate a lot. Therefore, if you get rewards in $Genie itself, the value of your rewards can go very high also very down, but when you get rewards in BUSD which is a stable coin(equals to a dollar), the value of your earning will be fixed.
